Our client is looking to recruit a Change Reporting Analyst to work with the Strategic Change team to provide extensive project support. The Change reporting Analyst will work with Change Leads and Business Design Management to produce Executive reports on strategic change portfolio performance.

In addition, the Change Reporting Analyst will:

  • Provide regular project reports that are timely and accurate
  • Facilitate the delivery of risks, issues, dependency and assumptions logs
  • Partner with the Finance team to properly track portfolio costs and benefits realisation
  • Support the Change Leads and IT Delivery Managers to facilitate workshops and other change portfolio related meetings

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application, you must have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree standard and/or hold relevant professional qualification
  • PMO Reporting experience
  • Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) experience
  •  Proven communication skills, both written and oral, and have the ability to communicate to a broad audience and converse with all levels
  •  Proven organisational skills
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to process, manipulate, analyse and interpret data
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  •  IT literate and can use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
